Faith, knowledge, culture and community.
Our work is centered on public-facing programs that create meaningful opportunities to learn, worship, participate and connect.
Advancing Hindu religion and education while strengthening community connection.
Dharma Arts and Culture Foundation is based in Oakville, Ontario. Its planned charitable activities include public Hindu worship and seasonal observances, structured Hindu religious and heritage education, public appreciation of Indian classical and devotional arts, and organized programs for older persons experiencing isolation or loneliness.
Programs are intended to be generally available to members of the public appropriate to each activity, with reasonable safeguards around age, registration, venue capacity and safety.
Faith and heritage in shared public spaces.

How we approach our programs
Structured
Programs have defined purposes, planned content or activities, responsible leaders and appropriate records.
Public Benefit
Activities are designed for public access and benefit rather than private benefit.
Responsible Stewardship
The Foundation oversees program selection, budgets, contracts, records, volunteers, safeguarding and administration.
Open to the community, with sensible safeguards.
Religious, educational and arts programs will generally be available to the public. Reasonable restrictions may include age-appropriate placement, venue capacity, registration, safeguarding and safety requirements.
